Can't find the free editing suite from DJI

Hi all.
I'm about to buy the p3a. I've downloaded the DJI Go app.
Apparently there's a free simple editing suite on the DJI site, but I cant find it. I only need to cut clips down and use basic transitions.
Also, I am going to use either an iPad 2 or a Samsung s4 (version 5.0.1) for the monitor. Can I export footage to my windows 10 laptop and edit it there?..... thanks

It's built into the DJI go app under the editor tab
