Can't connect TX to Computer

I have taken it apart opened up the software connected the TX and the software will not connect. Any suggestions. Thanks

Make sure you also download the driver software.

May be silly, but make sure you turn the TX on.

Also, use the cable provided by DJI.

just made sure I did that and still not showing the green connection indicator. I just remains red. I connect the P2V just fine with the same cable.

Are you using the RC Assistant software to connect to the tx, as opposed to the Phantom 2 Vision Assistant?

where do I find the RC assistant software? :?: OOPS I found it. Thank you for bringing that to my attention

i have the same problem mi pc do not detect the tx, and i use tha rc software any ideas? tx its on, usb conect from back to pc and nothing help!
