Cannot reply to DJI support ticket

    Has anyone had a helluva time replying to a DJI support ticket??

    I have a support ticket open and have been contacted through it by DJI, but I am unable to reply. I type in my reply, but there is no "send" button, and if I just press enter on keyboard nothing happens. There's got to be something I'm missing here??! Frustrating as hell.

    Help, please!!

    did you try another browser? sometimes issues like that are caused by a browser incompatibility....

    I've been having the same issue on their site. I had tried Safari and Firefox. I don't think they really care for replies:tonguewink:

    Yeah, I tried both Firefox and IE

    I dunno...extremely frustrating.
