Professional Cannot play videos on Ipad

    Does anybody have a solution to watching my downloaded videos on my iPad?
    It says video file not supported and I have tried every app out there. I do not have a computer.

    Scoop, the iPad will only download 1080p video. I am guessing you have it set to record at 2.7k or 4k. In the app, change the settings to record at 1080p and you will be good. I had the same problem when I first got mine figuring it out. Here is are the pics of the app to get you to the right output. Let me know if it works since it has been working for me.[​IMG][​IMG]

    I finally figured it out. I had to change the format it recorded in in the menu settings from movie to Mp4.
