Cannot believe DJI warranty! Crazy

    As most know.... My drone fell from the sky, for no reason and wrecked. In the wreck lost the camera, batteries and props.

    Long story short, they fixed the bird like new. In fact I sold it and bought a Pro.

    So since I lost my battery and props in the wreck I wrote them back and complained that I lost my battery, props and gimbal shock pins in the wreck and therefore they should be replaced also.

    Not a single word back from them. Nothing, nada. Until I saw a tracking number the other day in my text.

    Today I got the box both knowing what they sent me. And VIOLA, new battery, 8 props, and shock pins.

    I hate their communication.... They do not talk to you no matter how much you wrote them. Apparently they do read what you write.... I should have claimed emotional stress and asked for a settlement!

    I think DJI does a great job taking care of their products. Just don't exactly extra conversation! [​IMG]
