can you use an android phone with non vision?

    I have a screen and its not very bright, id rather use my phone, is that an option? I have a Samsung galaxy s5, if so what app?

    what screen do you have? an RX-LCD5802 should work fine with your IRC transmitter, mine is perfectly bright as long as the sun isn't shining directly onto it... like I just face into the sun
