Can someone give me some detail on the wifi and lightbridge differences

Obviously light bridge is more expensive and most likely has better video signal quality. I understand that. But, what exactly is the difference. Is there a certain distance you can go or something before the video signal becomes unbearable with wifi?

Wifi is the 1st generation technology.
Lightbridge is the latest and has 5x the range while still providing crystal clear video.

To get the best out of what a Phantom 3 can do then you should go with the Lightbridge version.
