Can skyzone fpv googles be connected to phantom 3?

I have the quanum goggles using the nvidia Shield hdmi output and had similar problem using HMDI2AV device, I resolved it by connecting power to the device through the USB port.

I have the Nvidia Shield K1. When you connect the HDMI cable to the tablet it suppose that it comes up with two menus, one is to select mirror the other to select console. Mine is not recognising when connect the HDMI cable. Can you please explain your setup?
