I swear I saw it yesterday....all I saw was the AEB option...? I was in my bedroom fooling around with the camera settings and I didn't see HDR...? Possibly only shows up when the light outdoors is good enough....?

Sent from my iPhone using PhantomPilots

Menu items don't come and go when lighting is suitable. (Besides the only unsuitable light for HDR is total blackness)
Perhaps DJI dropped the in-camera HDR because it was never very good.
You can get much better results by using AEB and doing the HDR yourself.
This is all the options the app shows:

From high end DSLRs to iPhones to Phantoms, in camera HDR blows anyway - shoot 3 or 5 shot AEB (auto exposure bracketing) and process in post (Lightroom, AuroraHDR, HDRefex, etc. ;)) And petition DJI to do a full EV stop between each shot not the .67 not enough latitude grr!
