Can I take video or picture while hovering in WayPoints Mode

I paused it in between Waypoints and it's hovering in the air, I could tilt the camera lens but unable to take pic or video. I didn't turn on video or picture mode when taking off. Is it normal ?
The best option to take still picture is in GPS CL mode and hover it in the air ?

When I use Ground Station to fly waypoints I don't have any problem pausing at any point in the flight, stop the video and take pictures, then restart the video. The camera can be panned up or down during any phase of any flight.

I typically have the video running all the time during every flight regardless of the "type" of flight and never have a problem taking pictures by stopping the video, then restarting the video once I'm done taking pictures.

The only limitation taking photos during Ground Station flights is you have no yaw control so photos must be down the direction of flight.

Don't know why you are having problems.

You should have full camera control throughout your flight.
