Can I replace just the camera on P2V with the +?

I have a rotorpixel gimbal on order. I have for about 2 months. I haven't heard anything and would like to cancel and just order the camera for the P2V+. Will that be compatible with my P2V?

The P2V+ gives you more flight time (25 vs 17) but a RP P2V will give you more versatility with camera options.

I think the P2V+ wins based on flight time, range, and 3-axis vs 2-axis gimbal.

Rotorpixel is 2 axis but is supposedly upgradeable to 3 axis at a later date (for extra cost....)

so if i haven't received my rotorpixel and have a mint condition p2v to sell, you think I should sell and get the p2v+ I don't care if I lose a bit of money in the process.

My goal is to have the smoothest video possible. Also, camera quality is key

If camera quality is key, Phantom 2, Zenmuse H3-3D and GoPro 3+ is the answer.

But you'd lose all the camera control, FPV out of the box etc.
