Yes. But you need to take it all in Hand Luggage not Hold Luggage (may get away with the remote in hold luggage but I wouldn't dare with the way they sometimes treat bags). Each airline is different as well so double check for who ever your flying what allowance they have for LIPO batteries.

I got stopped at security, but showed them that BA allowed 4 batteries smaller than a certain Ampere Hour and they let me go through. I had everything packed into one back for hold luggage including charger, controler and P3P, with the batteries just taped over the terminals not in any special LIPO bags.

Just make **** sure you don't do a CSC while flying

Check that LIPOs if integrated / in a device can be checked with your airlines website but to be honest I wouldn't risk it, I always carry the controller in hand luggage along with the Phantom and batteries.
