Can I fly in a ATS & MATZ UK Airspace IF ITS SAFE TO DO SO ?

It mentions in the CAA Law that if your UAV is under 7KG You do not need permission to fly in ATS & MATZ Airspace , Can someone confirm this is correct ?

I want to fly my Drone in the location of Yeovil in somerset but obviously away from the airport and where it is safe to do so, avoiding buildings and people ect.

Can someone please advise as I don't want to break any laws or get arrested.

I'd suggest you install Airmap, that'll give you good guidance. I'd say no, looking at Airmap. Yeovilton is quite busy, is it not>
