I broke the camera on my P2V+ so I bought a new one. I removed the old one and flew the P2V+ without camera for about 15-20 flights. Yesterday the drone simply flew away. Last seen heading SE at a couple of MPH, maintaining altitude, but completely unresponsive to the controller. There may be some slim chance I can find it, but I doubt it (like a dummy I had put no identification on the P2V+. So now I am left with a brand new still in the box Vision+ camera and no drone to attach it to. It appears that DJI does not sell the P2V+ drone separately. So I write to see if anyone knows how to hack a P2 to control the Vision+ camera? Is it possible?
The other alternative is to sell the Vision+ camera and just get a whole new P2V+ (though seeing this one fly away on its own has made me consider a 3rd alternative - get out of flying DJI stuff at all).
