Can a P3A/P3P controller be used with any other RC vehicle?

I was asking myself if i could add any other RC vehicle in my collection without having to buy an additional controller.

So the real question is in the title.

Short answer....No!

My understanding is, the aircraft links to the controller. Not the other way around. So I don't know why you couldn't have two aircrafts linked to one controller.

I'm sure somebody will be happy to correct me if I'm wrong.

You can fly as many P3P/Adv birds with single pro/adv RC. You will have to do relinking procedure every time you switch from one to another.
