When I have the gimbal guard off, and the P3S powered off, is it normal for the edge of the camera to touch the surface of the ground? To be more precise, when the lens is parallel to the ground surface, theres about .5" clearance, but if the camera is tilted, the right edge of the camera touches the ground (as you are facing the Phantom)

When the P3S is powered on, the camera has plenty of clearance.

Mine does not touch the ground when it's powered off or on. Try auto calibrate then power down see what that does...

If not check the rubber dampers and drop kit that hold the gimbal plate to make sure they're not damaged.

My phantom came with 2 drop kits installed and the other two as spare, should all 4 be installed?
