My camera is tilted when I turn on my phantom? Any help in fixing this without voiding the warrant? No crashes or hard landings, just started doing it yesterday and now all my photos are titled sideways. I've done an advanced calibration, still nothing.

I bought this from UShobby in May so it's under warranty, should I contact and send in for repair or replacement?

Thanks!

Try doing an advanced IMU calibration in the assistant software.
The IMU calibration re-defines what is level, so make sure when you run the IMU calibration that the Phantom is sitting perfectly level and avoid any movements or vibrations during the calibration.

Check two recent threads: re-seating the gimbal and Realigning the gimbal. Lots of people are having this problem. I fixed mine in about an hour. Seems a bit scary, but it's not too bad. Read the threads completely and watch the two videos that are out there. Go slowly and have patience - fix requires some trial and error to get it perfect. You should be able to fix yours too - easy peasy...
good luck!

If you have the roll cable fitted you can fix with Naza assistant by changing the centre number on the gimbal roll .. just try a few numbers like 100 or -100 and work from there..

On the standard Vision Plus the solution will be opening it and re-aligning the shaft manually as mentioned above.
Worth trying the software calibration first.

If you start pulling things apart and try to repair it yourself you will void the warranty, if it can not be fixed in the assistant software send it back for repair.

If you void the warranty by trying to fix it and you can not, it is a very expensive repair bill.

I've done the Advanced IMU calibration and it's still tilted. Usually when I turn it on, the camera would do it's usual twitch, now it's doing it at all. I'm still at firmware 3.00. I do not want to open my phantom to void the warranty so hopefully UShobby will reply today and maybe get sent in.

There was a thread on here regarding UShobby. You may want to take a minute to read it and have an idea of how they handled other situations. But my understanding is it was not very good.

I do think returning it is your best bet. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
