Camera Settings Question

My disclaimer, I am not much of a camera man, but, trying to learn. My question is, will changing the EV value for still shot's also change it for video's? Using the right wheel adjustment changes the EV, can this be done while video is in progress?

Yes ... whatever you set it at will apply to stills or video.

you need to reset EV when switching from photos to video , EV settings for photos will not stay when you switch to video , and vice versa , every time you slide the camera/video button check your EV

resets when you stop recording also , so you have to set EV again to record again
