Camera problems in DNG

I am having three problems when running the camera in DNG. I have a PV2+, V3

!.) FPV wont come on. Seem to be able to take photos, but can see what I'm shooting. Resetting things (i.e. powering the various components on and off) seems to help.
2.) Sometimes I get a "camera busy" message after taking a shot and trying to take another...the shutter on the Vision app never reopens
3.) On one occasion, the image disappeared, replaced by a blur.

I don't seem to see any of this in JPG

I have nothing to add except that I've also seen the "camera busy" freeze-up on two occasions. Both times I had to kill the app and re-launch it. I usually shoot in DNG.
