Camera not letting me down load my pictures

My dji go app updated yesterday and now I cannot download my photos or view them never crashed or tipped over stored in a secure area any help would be greatly appreciated

Cant you put the memory card in your computer to get the files?

I'm sure I can but what has changed I was able to download them using the app and now I can't I know the pictures are there I can see them in the flight log I just can't download them as I was doing before

What the hell are they doing, seems every update people are having problems, amateur night for sure.

First thought is to make sure it has recorded, and check the SD card

Ok, we know that they won't download by osmosis, so how are you trying to get them off of the SD card?

Well I'm lost,
I don't like messing with the card I hook up the USB cable to connector on the gimbal plate, not the phantom body, and to my pc, it comes up as an external removable drive.
