Camera monitoring slow

I have a Samsung S4 .. using for the moment. When the camera is still, video monitoring on my S4 looks good. Move the camera/P3P and the monitoring becomes pixelated as the S4 attempts to present a flowing video what the camera sees. My suspicion is the S4 just can't keep up. What am I missing?

You could try reducing the FPV video resolution to minimum.
Turning off the recording to your device will probably help too.
