Can the polar lenses fit on both the phantom 3 professional and the dji osmo? does anyone know. TIA

No. The cameras are different sizes.

Polar Pro does sell an Osmo filter set. If you also own an Inspire 1, you could share the filters since the camera is the same size.

 

[With The Birds]

Pretty sure osmo/x3(inspire) are 35mm filter thread diameter. Significant larger than P3.
