Camera Error 01

Hi all, I need some urgent help pls. On my P3P I always get camera error 01, please restart aircraft. I do but nothing changes. I have normal camera feed, but I cannot take pictures, nor reformat the sd card. The sd card is fine as it works in the Inspire. Tried other sd cards as well, same thing. Pls help urgently, thank you.

I wish I could help but I don't know how! Try returning it and getting a new one.
