When downloading video from Phantom 4 Pro I get the following error message: "Download Failed Connection Error. Failed to Download"

I am attempting to download from Phantom to DJI controller editor which is connected to my IPad.

Any ideas?

Same problem with my P4, even though I get the failed message it still appears to Download to my iPad in HD quality... i have- P4 (blacked out edition) and an IPad Pro and I latest updated firmware on the drone and no updates pending for the iPad I am new to droning, don't know much but I hope we get some answers....

Have you tried downloading from the micro SD card directly to your PC? Either removing the card and using a card reader or using the cable from your quad to the PC. Your iPad my not be able to manage footage filmed in 4K.

At least on the P3A, downloading recorded video through the AC/RC link is painfully slow.
If you had an Android I would suggest importing from the SD card by mounting it onto the mobile device.
Should be an iOS card reader out there connecting by USB.
