Camera and Gimbal Went Crazy During Flight

I was flying around dusk down in St. Thomas over water in a bay. I had turned of my LED so the lights wouldn't interfere with the footage. Everything was going great. I was making my way back getting some shots of the harbor when I started to get a warning about low light effecting the avoidance system. There was another avoidance error that I really didn't pay attention to because I was over the water and not around anything. All of the sudden the camera malfunctioned. I lost where it was in the sky because the LED's were off so I hit the "Return to Home" which it did. I fought with it trying to take control because I did not want it to land because I was on a pier and did not trust it wouldn't land in water. Very scary! Anyone have any ideas what could have happened? Here is the video of the end of the flight. It goes crazy at 15 seconds:

Looks like the "limp gimbal" problem. I've had it happen once. Was it otherwise flying normally?
