Hi I hope some could help
when I get about 5 mins into flight at about 200ft my iPhone display freezes, sometimes goes black & white with locked photo, and other times it has a delay when I have landed it still downloading from 5 mins before footage

You could try a lower resolution.
It's borderline on higher settings - some devices manage better than others.

what iphone did you have?
i heard that the delay happens with ipod touch and iphone 4s...

If it seems the screen is locking up (it just freezes, or it goes all haywire), you may be having interference with your wi-fi repeater.
I had this same issue last week while flying, because of metal structures nearby. I came back to do some research, and found if you are flying a P2V or V+, you can easily modify the repeater by adding a 5dbi or 8dbi antenna.

I did this, and flew in exactly the same place today, and it worked perfectly. I got no lockups, and the video played back during the entire flight. I was using the 5dbi t-link antenna, and I also bought the 8dbi, just in case. Total cost $20. :mrgreen:
