All, my Phantom 3 drone requires me to calibrate every time I turn it on before it will take flight. Has anyone experienced this issue?

In my case, the IMU was already calibrated when the drone arrived at my house. I did a compass calibration, once. Its not needed anything since then.
IF your referring to compass calibration, you shouldn't need to calibrate every time unless your changing significantly distant flight areas. Be sure your not doing calibration on or around concrete or other magnetic items such as metal roofs, siding cars etc.
