C1 and C2 No Longer Bring Up Advanced Camera Settings

I own a Phantom 4 Pro that I purchased on January 21. Both C1 and C2 on the remote were programmed at the factory to open Advanced Camera Settings. They have functioned through January 29. However, today neither C1 or C2 open the Advanced Camera Settings panel. I have confirmed that both C1 and C2 are set to bring up Advanced Camera Settings. However, neither now work.

Does anyone have an idea on how to resolve?
