Buying used Phantom - Re-activation in DJI GO and warranty questions

Hello,

I'm about to buy a used P4. Can you please confirm that I can re-activate it with DJI GO on my iPad and link it to my DJI account? Is there anything the seller needs to do?

Will the warranty transfer from the original owner? Do I need to take any extra step? Do I need a copy of the original invoice?

The DJI GO tutorial video sates that "the DJI account used for activation of cannot be changed. Your aircraft information will be bound to this account and serves as proof for your warranty." Knowing that, how can one purchase a used Phantom? Any way to de-link the P4 from the account it was originally bound to?

If you search around someone did ask this yesterday. Can't find the link but type in DJI activation on the search bar and it should come up [emoji4][emoji4]
