Bullet connector on phantom motor

Yes,. I have.
i did so so that I could cut power to to motors so I could balance them.
but it's also made it easy to purchase and install new motors without having to do any additional soldering.
and now I can buy DJI red motors and install them easy.

the disadvantage is that there's not much room in the Phantom shell for additional wires and bullet connectors, it's a bit tight.
and apparently all those bullet connectors add up in weight.

Thanks for the input. I hadn't considered the space issue. As far as the weight goes, just for grins I weighed a set of 3.5 mm bullet connectors, they're 17 grs.

Now fill those babies up with lead solder, and weigh them again. :shock:
