Bug or something new?

Did my laptop just get a bug or is there something new. I am seeing in posts several links to other places. A new type of ads.
Don't like it.

Any type of ads you can think of.
Submit in my signature goes to a credit score place
GoPro in another post goes to Amazon.
Comntinue in another goes to clean windows site.

I will see strange adds sometimes like the e-bay one I told ya about and just thought that it was something that had saved in my PC . Didn't really think of it being a bug though .

Download anything lately ? Update anything ? I haven't used a PC in coupe years but Crome , java updates , PORN all where giving Malware . Is it only this site ?
Might have to start up in safe mode and run something like AdwCleaner .

Download, Yes, but it was not porn. it was the Google Earth Pro. Checked two other BIG sites and no problems. Must be a bug that only likes this place. :?
UPDATE: It took some work but I found the bug. An adware program called "intelliterm." It crawled in from somewhere and was a bummer. Got it removed and the odd hyperlinks that appeared are now gone. Darn bugs.

Google likes to now show you adds for any thing you even looked at or even looked at that they think even relates to any thing they want to advertise. and now they are even starting to do it based on certain words even spoken with in ear shot of the computer and some Samsung TVs
