Broken Battery Cell

I bought a new battery a few months ago and charged it and updated the firmware on it. The following morning I went out flying with no issues.

The weather turned bad for about a month (gets cold in Canada,,lol) so I didn't bother to recharge. Battery was at 40%. After the month I recharged the battery and went flying only to receive "broken cell contact DJI" warning. I decided to run the battery down to 12% and do a full recharge to see if that resolved the issue.. it didn't.

I searched for the receipt for 2 weeks and could not find it, I went to a DJI dealer and was to to contact them anyways. I did and they will not do anything without the receipt..

Not really happy at this point as they could look at the log on the battery and see it was only used (charged) 3 times.

Anyone else have broken cell issues?

You can try to get the credit card statement in case you misplaced the receipt. It might work.
