I have a brand new still boxed Phantom 2 Vision Plus ver3 for sale, like an idiot I ordered the wrong one, I wanted the zenmuse gimbal version to take my Gopro4 Black and the shop won't take it back. I paid £959.00 for it and being realistic I think £829 is a fair price to ask as as it's now left the shop it is technically classed as second hand. I'm near Leeds, Yorkshire and would prefer a meet up to exchange goods and cash if possible but would consider posting at buyers expense.

Any shop is obliged to take it back within 7 days under the distance selling regs, if they have refused then contact trading standards, even if it has been longer due to their initial refusal you may still be able to return it.
DJI have an offer at the present and a 'new' one can be had with the extra battery for £849 at one UK outlet, no wonder where you bought it from don't want to give you £959 back for it!!,
Sold it for £820 in the end, new Yuneec Q500 ordered, still got my Phantom 2 with zenmuse gimbal and Gopro fitted with fpv stuff on it, keeping that 'cos I love it to bits
