I think you have mistaken NJBill for someone else. I ordered and received a battery from him that was pristine, unopened and works perfectly. He went the extra mile to be sure I received it and was happy with it. IMHO, Unless you have some specific information to the contrary I think you owe him an apology.

The only sense I can make out of your comment about listing them as used is to prevent DJI and/or dealers from flagging him. If that's the case, then I apologize.
