does amazon send you the replacement first then have you send back the bricked one? and are they new or refurb.

The seller is on this thread, I'm sure they're brand new, most likely their sending it out as soon as they can, but the buyer has to send it back pretty quickly to keep things on the up and up, and to avoid charges.
