We have had rain and the forecast was for strong winds late today.
Once the rain cleared I decided to go for a flight....but I got caught in a strong gust that saw the P2 drop quickly. The speed of the breeze can be seen at the start of the video when you watch the cloud shadow moving across the water....I bounced the P2 off the concrete and got it airborne and home safe. You can see the impact of the breeze as P2 come up out of the pier....I bounced just behind the boat with the yellow cover (see foto at end) and clearly didn't hit anyone and missed the water by metres!!
No damage....just a few marks on the gopro
Lesson is stay at home in strong wind!!!!
