Anybody else know about this? Just found out today they're selling drones now to help farmers check on fence lines, crops, and so on.

I thought about this, but most guys I know that have land have more than a quad can go just for the perimeter. My uncle would drive the perimeter every single day. It would take a long time since it wasn't paved.

yep. I def think a drone would be a great asset if it was piloted with something like occulus rift or something high def. Infrared would help too. I guess the main point is to make sure the fence is secure and there hasn't be any intruders. My uncle's land is in south texas near the boarder. We would find camp fires from illegals who camped out on his land.
