I'll keep this super short since my wife says I have a tendency to give unnecessary details. I put an iPad screen protector on my Black Pearl FlySight monitor to keep the screen protected. But I like the look and clarity MUCH better without. Does anyone know if these screens scratch easy or if they even need a protective shield?

Hello. I'm not - the matte finish on the BP has good anti-glare properties. Also, as it tends to get used outside with max brightness I'm not too concerned about small scratches. I keep it in my flight case with the screen against the foam outer.

That's exactly how I've got is stored! Ok that's encouraging. Thank you.
