    Flying to close for sure. However, it still seems wrong to cause it to crash. However, I blame pilot.

    such odd responses.... are any of you watching the video? lol.... the video was filmed by someone on the boat and the people on the boards fully knew that. The girl is just a dork who wasn't paying attention and threw the rope at the drone and bye bye drone.

    That pilot learned his/her lesson that day. I won't put "fault" on anyone since there was no intent for the waverunner to have targeted the "friendly" drone, and the drone pilot had no way to anticipate the waverunner throwing her tow rope in that direction when she was preoccupied with maintaining her balance and her wave. Hard lesson!
