I want to move up from my cell phone (my old eyes are not great) . What do you recommend as the best tablet for your use?

Does the tablet requires cell service in order to communicate properly?

the air2 has been working perfectly for my uses... no issues whatsoever.

I have a Galaxy Tab 4, 10.1". Only wifi, but it does have GPS. I'm using the Ultimate Flight app, and having good results with it.
