Best Package P3P/P3A and iOS Device?

Advice required on what forum members opinions are on the best package using a P3A or P3P with the current iOS devices. I dont require a huge screen.

I like the iPad Mini 4 (for iOS) -- and, Google Nexus 7 (2013) or Nvidia Shield K1 (for Android). You can find a list of other recommended and commonly used devices here.

Thank you msinger, with or without cellular as price difference is pretty broad also depending on the storage?

I've tried Android and Apples and the Mini 4 has been the best.

I keep using my iPad mini 2 but have an eye on iPad mini 4

Also thinking ahead to use which ever one I go for, to use it for the P4 when I need that in the future.

Depends I really like the larger screen. Air2 has been flawless and I love the extra real estate. That said I have a shield coming. So my picks would be Air2 for iOS and Shield for Android.

Thanks was tryng to keep it to the 7" size if possible, will check out the Air 2 as well.
