Best FPV option for iPhone 6

I have a Phantom 3 Pro, and I currently use an iPad mini 3 to fly. I am an experienced pilot with nearly 200 flights under my belt. I also have an iPhone 6.

I am very interested in purchasing some FPV goggles. I would greatly appreciate it if you would give me some input regarding the best FPV goggles you would recommend for my setup. I noticed that at CES, DJI was using the Zeiss VR One product.

My last question is how do you navigate with the FPV goggles? If there is no screen to touch, are you limited to using the remote only when in FPV mode?

There are basically three types of solutions available:

1. VR head sets
2. Connecting USB output to a 2D Goggle using a phone
3. HDMI goggles with 2D views

There are various solutions available for above three cases.

Navigation: you got to use RC sticks to navigate your P3.
