In an attempt to set up my new P3A I encountered problems with installing the newest firmware. After not much help from DJI site I found this YouTube video that is absolutely the most simple clear cut way to upgrade (or downgrade) your RC or quad firmware.

I was fortunate in that my update of my Phantom 3 Advanced and the remote control worked the first time.

After the copter was updated I completed the remote control update with the DJI Go app.

However this is a very well done video tutorial!
