Best Deal on GoPro?

I found the GoPro Hero3+ at http://www.mpgear.com for $399.99 and it includes a suction cup mount and 16Gb sd card or just a free 32GB card and free shipping. Are there better deals than that anywhere? Best Buy has a free 32Gb card included, but tax adds another $24 in VA, so the mpgear deal is better.

That's probably as good as you will get. For now. If you are prepAred to wait until the gopro 4 comes out the price will drop.
