I've got a Nexus 7, but it's hard to see outside in sunlight. Looking for 7-8" Android tablet that I can see details clearly outside.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S is probably the brightest, but can still be a challenge to see things in the sun sometimes. I haven't tried an anti-glare screen protector or sun shade yet.

There is (was?) a company that made Android tablets with a reflective LCD screen designed to be viewed in the sun. But they are expensive and too slow to use with the P3.

I use a Samsung Galaxy tab 4 7.0 and it is pretty bright I must say. I do use a sunshade most of the time but I can get way without it. I would recommend it for sure but would probly get the 8 inch if I could do it again. Maybe even the tab pro 8.4 in

Did you go to the settings on your Nexus 7 and run the screen display all the way up. Mine is very bright and with a shield I can see in,the brightest sunlight. image.jpg
