That is the way of all first manned flights.... boring baby steps.... I'm sure they will put it through it's paces soon enough.

Looks like the rudder control is by twisting the stick instead of rudder pedals... interesting

Its a multi-rotor aircraft.

I've been following this project for years. Nice to see this manned flight.

Ever since I saw the first unmanned flight I've thought that this is what flying cars will look like. So many benefits to this design.

It was flown at first inside it's hanger by remote control, hence a drone.

Well.... it had a camera on it.... and he let go of the controls for a second... a bit gray area but almost!
