Beeping controller?

When the remote is turned off, and hooked up to the charger (USB cable), The first left light will be red, the rest off and when charged, it will turn green.
When the remote is powered on and no connection to the phantom after some mins, maybe 5-10, it will start beeping to warn you that you left the remote turned on, weather or not your are supplying power with your USB cable.
I think if your charger has enough amperage you can charge it with on, it will take longer and beep the whole time.

That's 1 amp, use an iPad one, it's 2 amps and will charge faster.

Only if the RC will accept a higher charge rate. I've used a 1A charge and a 2.1A charge and really haven't noticed a difference. I haven't timed it, but if it's faster, it's not noticeable to me.
