Battery Voltages

Hello all,

Relatively new to the scene but I've been viewing a lot of very helpful information here. I was playing around with the Phantom Assistant software and noticed the following information for my 3 batteries. (I'd add screen shots of the battery tab but can't figure out how to insert them)

Here is the info:

Design Capacity 5200 mAh

I'm curious to know if I have anything to worry about with the first battery. All cells are similar voltages, but they seem to be higher than the other two, which seem to be very similar. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Looks fine. Batt #1 is charged, the others are not.

I realized the charge differences, i was just alarmed that the cell voltages were similar for a 13% and 30% and then significantly different for the fully charged one. Admittedly I'm a little paranoid after reading all the issues with battery's and having a co-worker lose a phantom this past week-end for no apparent reason.
