Yes. Unless you have the newest firmware, including battery firmware with self-discharge set to a low number of days to begin discharge (iirc, they begin self-discharge after 10 days by default), but you can reset the timer by pressing the button on the battery. If you happen to not use some of the batteries, or if you haven't upgraded, or have older batteries, they won't self-discharge, in which case you should later discharge the ones you don't use (eg. bad weather, no flying). If you do use them all, recharge them only to 50% before your trip back (recommended storage percentage, doesn't have to be perfect).
