Do I need to worry about this battery? It's not off by more then .1 but close. This is the second flight after changing the battery that the same cell has had more then .05 difference between cells.

Any advice is much appreciated.

There will be cell imbalance after discharge due to manufacturing and other related differences, etc.

It's the post-charge cell balance you want to evaluate. Balancing during charging is the method to help compensate and maintain optimum performance.

This looks good-- no issues here. if you get .04 to .05 difference in any cell and it remains that way after charge-- it could become an issue because cell imbalance is the major cause of battery failure and longevity.
